Delivery & Returns

The ordered goods are delivered in the following ways:

Delivery Charges 

Delivery costs are at the expense of the user. We will contact you with carrier quotes, to seek your approval for your preferred method of delivery. Note it is only possible for us to give an accurate cost for delivery when you have placed an order. Export delivery costs are offen greatly effected by the size and/or weight of goods, so the order must be picked and packed to give accurate delivery options. No export order is sent without the delivery cost being confirmed by the customer. No payment is taken until the order is sent. Delivery is made to the address of the user on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria or Worldwide, unless otherwise stated on the site.

The Merchant is not responsible for non-performance of the order in cases where the User has indicated incorrect, incomplete and / or inaccurate personal data, including when specifying an incomplete, inaccurate or fictitious address or telephone.

Despatch, Order Despatch Cut Off and Delivery Times

Delivery is within the deadlines described under each delivery option. In exceptional circumstances, the Merchant reserves the right to extend the delivery period by promptly informing the User thereof. The merchant handles the orders within 1 business day of the order. Deliveries are usually made within the usual time-frame according to the chosen delivery method. Ordered goods are delivered against a signature, with larger shipments when using a courier service are delivered to the entrance of the building.

The consumer is required to review the goods at the time of delivery and to notify them immediately if there are any inconsistencies, shortcomings and failures. If the User does not do so, it is assumed that the delivery was accepted without objection.

In the case of international supplies, the rules for delivery and receipt of consignments to the relevant national postal service as well as the relevant national legislation of the country of destination of the goods are applicable.

All import charges for the import of the goods are at the expense of the User. The consumer can not claim a refund if he refuses to pay the import charges or to receive the shipment.

The Merchant reserves the right to change the available delivery and payment methods and / or terms and conditions at any time by posting the available shipping and payment methods on the website without any other notice.

Returns and Exchanges

1 Goods returned must be in new, unused and unmarked condition with manufacturer’s labels still attached and should be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or advice note.

2 No return or exchange will be accepted after 1 month from the date of Invoice.

3 The buyer shall be responsible for packing, insurance and carriage costs of returned goods. This includes deliveries that are refused, these costs can be significant due to surcharges imposed by the carriers.

4 Return of special orders, products cut or made to order, supplied by the meter or by weight, safety (flares, buoyancy bags etc), medical items, sails, spars, electronic items (excludes watches) will not be accepted.

5 Return goods accepted and subsequently returned to stock will be subject to a 10% restocking fee or €3.50 administration fee whichever is the greater (this excludes clothing exchanges). This excludes order values over €295 which is subject to our discretion. 

6 The Company reserves the right to decline the return of an order made for the purposes of evaluation, fraud, inappropriate business activity or any reasonable reason given by the Company.

7 Carriage free orders subsequently returned will normally have the cost of the original delivery to you deducted from the refund.
